The rank you have got is somewhat on the lower side. Also, admission in good college depends upon the cut-off marks and you may not be able to get stream of your choice. But I would suggest you to do engineering from one of the top colleges/universities. Some options which you could consider are: VIT, Lovely Professional University (LPU), Thapar University, AMU, ITM; and some of them conduct there own test for admission as well. Check their website for detail info. regarding eligibility criteria and admission process.
