Am I eligible for any IT company after scoring 83% in 10th and 12th


i have scored 83 percentage in 10 th and, 12 th 69.8888 % and b.tech still sixth semester i have scored 7.7 ,,, can i round off my 12 percentage into 70 % sir, ?
