No you will not be eligible to appear in the RTO(Regional Transport Officer) Exam.In order to appear in this Exam,you will require to fulfill these Eligibility.

Educational qualification:- You must be graduation pass out with Computer science/Mechanical Engineering from recognized university.

Marks:- Your minimum marks in Graduation should be 60%.

Age:-

• Your minimum age should be 21 years.
• Your age should not be above 35 years.

Exam Pattern:-

• There will be 2 papers from the questions will be asked.
• Questions will be from general paper and optional paper.
• General paper will include questions from general studies.
• Optional paper will include questions from computer science/mechanical engineering in which you have completed your graduation.

RTO examination eligibility criteria:-
You age must be in between 23 year and 34 years.
You should be a citizen of India.
You must be graduate from a recognized or standard university.
You should be capable to read, write and speak particular state’s language.

RTO exam which has been conducted by the Public service commission of every state .

Under the RTO exam three types of posts like:

Clerk post
Assistant engineer post
Judicial post etc

Eligibility for the RTO exam:

For the clerk post:
Educational Qualification: you should be passed the 10th class or equivalent class
age limit: age must be between the 18 to 28 years,
Nationality: Indian citizen.

For the Assistant engineer post:
Educational Qualification: you should be passed bachelor degree in engineering
with atleast 55% marks from any recognized university.
age limit: age must be between the 21 to 30 years,
Nationality: Indian citizen

For the Judicial post:
Educational Qualification: you should be passed the bachelor degree in LAW with atleast 55% marks from any recognized university.
age limit: age must be between the 21 to 30 years.
Nationality: Indian citizen

Selection process:
1. written test
2.Interview

Being a Diploma candidate your not applicable for RTO Examination ...

But you having chance to apply for Sub Assistant Engineering Post in RTO Examination .. If your Aspiring to apply for RTO Entrance Examination ..

Then I suggest you to apply B.E/B.TECH course after Completing your Diploma Course ..

After Completing your Bachelor of Engineering course your definitely applicable for Sub Assistant Engineering Post in RTO Entrance Examination ..

If you have completed your diploma in Mechanical Engineering after 10th, then you are eligible for RTO exam. requirement for RTO exam is 10th pass from a recognised board.

Sir I am passed mechanical diploma after graduation in Indian army to recognised university.
Sir Am I applicable for rto post pls reply
