im a bengali with domicile in west bengal but ive done my mbbs in karnataka . am i eligible to appear for west bengal post grad exam?

I have studied for 04 years in West Bengal state. Pl confirm whether I am eligibile to obtain a domicile/residential certificate in order to get the reservation out WB MBBS sets or other wise
