Yes, you are eligible to apply for CS after completion of B.Com.

CS - COMPANY SECRETARY is a correspondence course managed and conducted by ICSI(Institute of Company Secretary of India), the exam for which is held two times a year one in June and other in December.

The CS course is divided in to three program:- Foundation, Executive and Professional Program.

The candidate having completed 12th in any stream from a recognised Board is eligible to get admitted to Foundation program.
