Am I eligible to apply for Inspire Scholarship with 78.66% in 12th?

Respected Sir/Madam, I have secured 78.66% marks in my 12th standard. I belongs to Mumbai. I want to apply for Inspire Scholarship. I would like to know that am I eligible to apply for this scholarship? Please help me to know about this immediately.

To be eligible for inspire scholarship you need to be in the top 1% of the following and to my estimation there will be many students who would be in the top 1 percentage so it is advisible that you apply for some different scholarship as you won't be eligible for the following.
