No, you will not be eligible to apply for Orissa Government Medical Exam being a candidate from West Bengal.

Eligibility criteira for Odisha Medical Admission Exam :-

- The candidate should have appeared in NEET 2016 entrance exam.

- The candidate should be a domicile of Odisha state.

- The candidate minimum age to appear is 17 years of age or more on December 31, 2016 and there is no upper age limit.

- The candidate must have passed 10+2 of Board of School Education, Odisha or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in aggregate and must have also passed the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually with 40% marks in case of SC/ BC and SBC and 45% marks in case of Physically Handicapped.
