Am I eligible to apply for scholarship having backlogs?
Can I apply my 2nd year scholarship in if I have backlog in 1st year's 1st semester? Or, do I need to complete the backlog first and apply for scholarship?

No, you are not eligible to apply for scholarship having backlogs.
In order to get scholarship, the candidate have no backlogs in the previous as well as in the current years. So having backlogs, you are not eligible to get scholarship. |
