Am I eligible to apply for TGT and PGT exam while doing B.Sc last year? What is the eligibility criteria followed for the same? Who can provide me the details on this? It will be helpful if you can answer me back as soon as possible. Thank you!

No, with only bachelor degree you are not eligible to appear for TGT or PGT examination.

The minimum required qualification is candidate must have passed bachelor degree and also have one year B.Ed degree from any recognised university.

For PGT required qualification is master degree from any recognised university. So, you have to wait for appearing in entrance examination.

Eligibility for TGT(Trained Graduate Teachers ) :

<> You should have Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% of marks from the recognized university with B.Ed.

<> Trained Graduate Teachers

<> Once you have B.Ed then you have already completed TGT . No need of doing separately.

Post Graduate Teacher :

<> If you have B.Ed then start M.Ed there by you will become PGT.
