Am I eligible to do B.Tech Agricultural Engineering after Diploma in Mechanical branch?
Hi, I have completed my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and for my B.Tech I wish to change my stream and switch to Agricultural Engineering. Will I get admission in any recognized colleges? And, will I get direct 2nd year admission via lateral entry route?

No, you are not eligible to switch to other stream in B.Tech course through lateral entry.
Candidates through lateral entry are eligible to get admission in only the same stream. Entrance examination is conducted for lateral entry in various institutions. |
