No, you cannot do BA after completing Diploma in Mechanical.

For pursuing BA, you must have completed 12th in any stream. Since, you have completed Diploma in Mechanical, so you are eligible to pursue Graduation in engineering (like B.Tech/B.E.).

If you are pursuing degrees like B.Tech or B.E., then you may get job in mechanical oriented companies like automobile, manufacturing plants, etc. after qualifying interviews and tests.

For becoming teacher in any reputed engineering institute, you will have to do M.Tech after completing B.Tech. Generally, M.Tech graduates get teaching jobs in engineering institutes.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
