Dear Friend

There is nothing to worry,I am providing you all the exact details regarding the M.tech programme.

M.tech stands for the Master of technology. It is a two years master's degree program in technology. If you want to pursue your master'degree in technology from a good college ,you will have to clear the GATE examinations.

The acronym GATE stands for the Graduate Aptitude test in Engineering. This examinations is conducted by the Indian Institute technology.

For this examination, the eligibility criteria is as below:

>>Those you have completed their bachelor's degree in engineering/technology are eligible for this examinations.

>>Candidates with master's degree in science ,mathematics, statistics, computer applications or equivalent are also eligible for it.

So,friend you need to complete your master's degree in science after completion of your bachelor's degree in science then only you will be eligible for the GATE exam for master's degree in technology.

There is no upper age limits ,however minimum age limit is 21 years. Also you can attempt this exam as much as possible.

Examinations pattern for the GATE:

Note: There is lots of scope M.etch ,after completion of this degree ,you can go for the research work or can join good engineering college at the post of assistant professors.

You can find good jobs in public and private sector also.

You can also go for the NET examinations.

Hope the information helps you.

all the best

You wont be able to appear for GATE exam after bsc.The eligibiity condition is that you need to have aMaster’s degree in any branch of Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Applicationsor equivalent. In order to appear for the GATE exam you need to have Msc.You can appear for GATE examination when you are in the final year of your Msc.

Sorry to say that you are not eligible for M-Tech course because you have completed B.Sc degree in Chemistry subject .So first complete your masters degree then you can apply for M-Tech course .

For getting M-Tech admission , you must have valid GATE score when you are in final year of your masters degree , at that time you can apply for GATE exam .

If you have secured good score in GATE exam then definitely you can get some good college for M-Tech course .The eligibility criteria for M-Tech course are given below .

If you have Bachelor degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture then you are applicable for M-Tech course .

OR

If you have Master degree in any branch of Science/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Applications or equivalent ,then you are applicable for M-Tech course .

There is no age criteria , so any body have above qualification then try for GATE exam .

.

Dear,

Since you are a BSc student which is just a graduation course you cannot go directly for masters in technology (M.tech) which is a professional course. For M.tech you need to have B.tech or B.E from any discipline. Qualifying GATE will get you a good college for M.tech.

After BSc you are eligible to write GATE but not for M.tech. You can give GATE for junior fellow research and other sholorships and PSUs. You could have applied for B.tech through GATE for lateral entry if you would have done your BSc from any engineering subject but since your subject was chemistry which is an applied science you cannot go for any of the engineering courses.

If you want to go for a master degree then MSc is a good option for you, after which you can make your career in education and research. You can also go for a PhD after MSc.

Best of luck!

Dear Kritika,

Sorry to say that you are not eligible to get admission in M.Tech at present time.

When you are in final year of post-graduation, then at that time, you can apply for GATE examination.

The eligibility criteria required for getting admission in M.Tech are prescribed as below:-

* Completion of graduation in engineering/architecture/technology from any recognised university.

* Completion of post-graduation in mathematics/science/computer applications/ statistics from any recognised university.

* You must have valid GATE score for getting admission in M.Tech.

* Age limit- no age limit for this.

Hope the above mentioned will help you to get the information you were searching for.

Hi
Yes dear, you can give the entrance exam for m.tech, known as GATE. The eligibility is That you should be a graduate from any engineering field or science field. The course will be the same as per your graduation. The minimum age required to give the exam is 21 years and there is no upper limit for this. Moreover, the score card for gate is valid for two years. This means that if you do not score better next year, you can apply with any one of the higher score card.
Gud luck

Dear..

First of all let me tell you that in India if anyone wants to take admission in any of the M.tech course then he has to clear the GATE exam for that.

Information About GATE is as follows :-

GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude test for Engineers and it is a exam which is very very tough to clear. Every Engineer lacs of Engineer sit for this exam and take the exam but only a few of them managed to clear the exam.

Qualification :-

1. All the engineers are eligible for the exam
2. Final year student are also eligible
3. Students from any stream of Engineering are eligible
4. No percentage criteria.
5. Science graduates are not eligible but if they have done some master course in science then they are eligible

Dear you said that you have a graduation degree only in Chemistry and you do not have Master degree so as of now you are not eligible but you can do one thing you can just complete your Master degree and after that you can go for the exam as there is no MAX. Age limit and no. of attempts are also unlimited.

Hope it will help

Cheers...!!!

No, it is not possible for you to apply for GATE. Engineering degree from any of the recognized University is the basic qualification required. M.Sc holders are also eligible to apply. Therefore, it is better for you to go with M.Sc in Chemistry after completing graduation. This enables you to apply for GATE and to join M.Tech by qualifying the same.

hi...
as you are a bsc student, you first of all will have to complete the course and take a master's degree in science...
the eligibility for the same is:

* master degree in science or mathematics or statistics.
* or bachelor degree in engineering.
* age limit is 21 and above.

you can do admission in M. Tech through GATE exam conducted by IIT.

All the best..

M. Tech is a master degree programme in Technology, Master of Technology.
This is usually done as P G programme after B. Tech.
But, you can also take M. Tech after P G degree in any science subjects.
You have to complete BSc, take MSc in your subject and then you can take M. Tech.

Yes!You are eligible to get admission in M.Tech after completing BSc even after the student of BSc Chemistry Honors. You believe that all the difficulties are already behind. Partially it is so, but you still have to walk half of the way. It means that you should find a rewarding and challenging work to apply your education and develop yourself professionally.

There are a lot of companies which are employing graduates with strong education background and fluency in several foreign languages. But will you agree that there are quite many candidates meeting the following requirements? How will human resource managers select from all of them? Here your personal and business qualities count. There are some essential features a person should possess to impress the interviewer and get the job.
Creativity - your ability to offer exceptional ideas and innovative methods. You have a goal and you are to achieve it. And you suggest your ways of reaching it. This quality is especially important for marketing, advertising, though of course it will present you to advantage in any sphere of business.

Result-oriented Can you always complete what you began doing? No matter what difficulties you have while working on it, you are to complete it by the deadline.

Resilience - A man was walking, stumbled and fell down, and then he shook himself off and went on further. For example, you are taking part in a group discussion of some urgent problem. The idea you suggested made everyone laugh and no one approved it. You got offended, went into your shell and stopped proving your point of view. Then your resilience is very low. You should be able to stand your ground.

Leadership - Employers hire a young specialist hoping that he has a great potential and in ten years time he will become a leader. Not everyone must be a leader and become a top manager afterwards. But a good manager, that is a person able to handle the organization of other people, is indispensable in any respectable company.

Team-commitment - many companies have a project system of management. Several people are working on some project. The success of the project depends on each member of the team. What matters here is your ability to get on with different people, find common language with all the staff and feel like a united team. ãOne for all and all for oneä. In any business a strong team ö is a pledge of successful fulfillment of the project.
Communication skills are of primary importance for any sphere, as there is no area where we can do without communication. How to make others listen to you, how to present yourself, how to uphold your point of view. This is a mini list of essential communicative skills.
