Sir,I have scored 84% in 10th,51% in +2,80% in my B.E ...and a fresher(passing out in 2013). Am i eligible for getting a job at GOOGLE or MICROSOFT.

No. You are not eligible. The reason being you just scored 51% in 12th. Minimum 60% is necessary which you did not get.

As a Fresher, you are not eligible. But after doing job somewhere else for few years, then you are eligible on the basis of experience.

Follow this thing. This is the only choice for you.

7.5 CGPA in BE and 84% in 10th standard is very good marks but why scored only 51% in 12th class.

Google process involves 6-8 rounds and for Microsoft also there are 4 rounds. But both companies will give excellent salaries.
