sir, i am persuing my btech from college of engineering roorkee..i secured 76% marks in class 10th aggregate and 80% in pcm but unfortunately i secured very less in my 12th board..i.e. 58.2%.so m i elligible to see my future in infosys. pls sir guide me... thnks.....

sorry to say this.. if you wanna join in Infosis you should have 78% and above mark in tenth and 12 Th class...but you can get job in other IT companies for your marks....

Most of IT company want 60% through out.

but for case of INFOSYS it is different.

they are want 65% through out , also backlog are not allowed.

in career maximum two year gap is allowed.

so sorry to say dear your 10+2 marks is not 65% so you are not eligible for INFOSYS.

only your B-Tech aggregate will be considered for jobs even in infosys. So try to get 65+ aggregate in B-Tech and practice aptitude questions and improve your communication skills.

Infosys is the second largest IT company of India. The company offers
software product for the business management and banking Industry.
To appear in the Infosys eligibility criteria you need the following eligibility
criteria :



Recruitment Procedure :
->PPT.
->Written test.
->Personal Interview.

If you have 58.2% in the 12th exam then you are not eligible for the Infosys recruitment exam. So i advise you to go for another company recruitment exam. Many company offer
job for the candidates who have obtained less then 60% marks in the
12th std.

Am afraid that you are not eligible for infosys campus drive, because you have only 58% in your 12th grade...The eligibility criteria for infosys campus placement is as follows...


-> 60% in 10+2 and B.E/B.Tech or PG.

-> No current arrears.

-> Maximum of 2 years study gap.

Infosys is recruiting only those students who secured more then 60% marks in 10th or 12th or graduation. This also depends on the post for which you are applying. If your post is below then in your 12th marks should be 55%.

The eligibility criteria also depend on the company they can increase or decrease the minimum percentage for any post.

10th and 12th are not necessery to get job in infosys. if you pass in B.E with first class. you can give its entress test. you need also techanical skills.

I got 72% in 10th, 87% in 12th and only 64.3 % in B.tech. Am i eligible for job in Infosys

But your question -in future you will get job in infosys or not.
you will get the job in infosys only when
"if you first work or start with small company and after taking the experience of two or three years then only you are able to apply for infosys."

most of the company has their eligibility criteria above 60 or 65% through out academic career
But your percentage is below 60% 12th most of the company will not allow.
If you have only in one below 60%marks then cts will allow you.
also you can apply for syntel.

So I will suggest you to go for the bellow criteria companies and try to improve your skills as much as possible .Then go for the MNCs like Infosys ,TCS,wipro etc.

Eligibility Criteria For Infosys

1) You should have 65% or above aggregate in 10th,12th and B.Tech

2) Study gap of not more than 1 year

3) No active backlogs at the time of placement..

I am really very sorry but since your 12th percentage is less than 65% hence,you won't be eligible for sitting for the Infosys placement..

You can apply for Syntel if you want..you are eligible for that..

I am sorry to say but you are not eligible for job in Infosys. Today it is a good IT company with rising future aspects. They demand at least above 60 % marks in your +2 and in B.Tech you should score some what high, but if you have just 60% (but with good knowledge) you would get the job.

Minimum two years Gap is allowed and there should be no backs in any semester.

As you are not qualifying the eligibility criteria , you cannot get a job in infosys

But you can surely try other IT companies .

Infosys is one of those companies which looks for consistency in your Academic Career.

Thus it requires atleast 65% though out your academic career without any backlog

Similarly TCS also requires 60% through out your academic career

There are many companies which looks for your graduation marks only and not your 10th and 12th marks.
You may apply to them.
If you perform well in GD and PI then you have high chances of being selected

As you have decent score in engineering your inter score may not show any effct in getting into your dream company.If at all they raise a question on ur 12th % you should be in a position to answer and give convincing reply....all d bst..

The eligibility criteria to apply for Infosys is
Candidate must score at least 65% or above from 10 standard to the the college
Candidate must also not have a gap of more than 2 years
Candidate must also not have any pending backlog
As you do not fulfill the above criteria you are not eligible for the placement

Yes, you are eligible. 10th and 12th grades are not considered during placements. You need to perform well in your placement drive which includes an Aptitude test, Group discussion and an Interview.
