well you can do MS in UK , AUSTRALIA but not NORTH AMERICA as the ask for a four year degree in NORTH AMERICA(eg- engeneering and bcom(hons)). you can instead go for good MCA college here in India itself. you can try manipal or symbiosys. doing MS in computers in UK OR AUS is not worth(my opinion).
