One of the noblest professions in the world is teaching. The future of next generation lies in the hands of good teachers, who spread their knowledge and wisdom to them. To begin a career in teaching one must obtain a B.Ed degree after graduation. It is an undergraduate academic degree, which is mandatory to become a teacher. Each candidate specializes in one or more subjects. It is easy to find jobs in public and private sector as well as abroad.
Career in Private sector after B.Ed.

In order to start a career in Government schools it is necessary to write the state level or national level tests. The test organized for state level is named as STET or State Teacher Eligibility Test. The one for national level is named as NET or National Eligibility Test. After clearing the test one can join in any Government School as a teacher.
Career Abroad after B.Ed
Candidates can look for jobs in abroad as well after completing B.Ed. There are many educational institutions in which candidates can search for jobs. Each country has a different education system and all of them follow different syllabus. Yet with a good experience one can easily find a career in teaching abroad.

Dear sir/madam
I have completed my graduation in 2004 with just 38 % marks. Subsequently completed M.A. in Political Science with 53 % in 2011 and now had B. ED exam that ended in August 7th 2012. Now please tell me, am I eligible for C TET. If not that what are the options for me now to get a Government Teacher Job.
