is we are eligibale for nits & iits after polytechnic & getting admission in 2nd year of b-tech

can I take admission in 2nd year for degree in NIT or IIT after completing diploma in government college of polytechnic

Actually no. The entrance is not conducted for such students. Students completed +2 can only write the IIT entrance examination.
