hello sir my name is SANDEEP
i got 63% in 10th ,and 59.60 in 12th and 61% in BE
am i elligible for the placement or not

your performance in your college is only taken into account for placement.
you are eligible for placement.
Each company will have their own limit .
you need to perform well in the selection exam to get placed

maximum software company want 60% in through out in career like TCS,CTS,IBM,HP,L&T etc.

some few software company allow 50% above criteria like WIPRO, SYNTEL etc.

so you are eligible for above company.

Also you are eligible for .NET and PHP company so you can contact those company.

so dont worry .submit your resume in those companies.

yes surely you may get placement.it is depend upon your knowledge not on your marks,marks have little impact on it,but finally your personality ,knowledge moves forward.

but you don.t have 60% marks in 12th. you have 59.60% marks. so may be you will not be eligible for such MNCs. but i will suggest you to contact with the recruiter ma be you will be eligible because if 59.60% is round figured then it becomes 60%. so may be you will fulfill heir eligibility criterion.

if you are unable to appear in such MNCs then also don't worry. there are so many good company in which there is no such marks criterion or have marks criterion which is less than 60%. so you will be eligible for that type of company and surely you will get good job in good company.

Most of the MNCs give eligibility criterion that candidates should have minimum of 60% marks from first to all means 10th, 12th, diploma(if any), graduation and post graduation(if any). in throughout their career to appear in their recruitment process in this case you have 61% in B.E.

But you have 59.60% in 12th though the gap of % is too low but in such compani always maintains their codition.


You may try for these company who have not such marks criterion,they arrange off campus in various cities. you will be eligible for these type of company so try to get job there from now.

my friend though the marks are not very good but it is surely not going to affect ur placement provided that your comm. skills as well as the written pepers go well since a lot depend on the day of the interview if u perform well on that day u may sail through. but yes, if a company sets some cut-offs to appear for recruitment then it will be somehow difficult for u. best of luck!

yes you are eligible as per the eligibility criteria set by the companies.because maximum companies demands that candidate must be fit in this 10th and 12th – 50%, UG- 60% (BE, BTECH).

but still some mnc's prefer criteria of those candidates whose 12th score is above 60% are only eligible to sit in written,but don't worry just talk to TPO sir/ma'm and if you have good qualities like communication skills,attitude,personality then marks will not stop your way.

well knowledge matters everywhere....but your marks doesn't reveal so...
this is common approach ...

but exceptionally there are some students who have knowlegde but could not get marks are placed in MNC's at higher posts because they showed there excellence in interviews,project,paper research...

so whenever one parts is not strong then make strong the other part

some company select only who is scored in all class above 60%.
some select above 50%.so don't take pressure on your mind.

Dear friend don't worry there is too much company in which you can sit.....

Some MNC company also give to chance for sit in the campus placement......

If you request then he will think about your marks because your marks approx 60%.........

That's why don't take tension too much and you can get a job in any good company which not see your marks...........

you can take a job in that company in which there is no any criteria required ......
And some company only marks required in B.TECH ..........

They don't see your background that type of too much company and in that type of company you can take a job..........

But as much i know i saw a same case with my brothers friend .... he got 59.80% but he didn't get chance in TCS.........
So i will say hope for the best ......

Top IT companies as HCL,HP,TCS,IBM and other require 60% marks in 10th,12th and graduation.one important with these marks is that you don't have any backlog in your career.

You have got 60% marks in 10th and engineering but some less marks in 12th,but don't worry some companies are also there which doesn;t have these criteria.

Except these companies so many companies are also which doesn't have these criteria.you have to join writtern test as many companies as you can join.you have to keep information about the writtern test of the company and take part in that.

your marks are not so bad with these marks you can get job in the company but for this you have to do hard work.

hi,your % is good. you are eligible for placements u need n't to wory.some companies asking above 65% like infosys,wipro and few mnc companies. Bhel,ntpc are asking below 60 % etc. In vizag steel plant also asking 65% about the company requirements they will put cut off % .This percentage will helps u to enter into company the remaining will be based on your are talent.Now a days every company are showing interest on communication skills learn that you will definitely achieve job.And your perc is good now a daxs companies are looking the study graph u r graph having n't much diff definitely u will get a job .All the best

Sorry to say this, you are not eligible for campus placements in some mnc companies. Because the 60%marks in 10th,12th and degree graduation

Most companies like -TCS,Wipro,IBM etc.........required 60% throughout your academic carrier .So may be you can face some problem as a fresher .

So I will suggest you to go for the smaller companies and get expirience .After few years expirience the result doesn't matters too much .

As you have 59.6% in your 12th class which is under 60% so i think you are not eligible for appearing in campus placement because most of the companies coming to colleges require above 60% in their selection criteria.

Dont loose hope as you are still eligible for appearing in off campus as many companies are hiring the students below 60%.

Since you have 61 % marks in your graduation, many company keep cut off to be 60%, so in that case you are eligible to sit for aptitude and interview.
However, many companies demand 65% and 70%, you wont be able to sit for those companies.
Work hard, prepare well as you wouldn't like to miss few opportunity coming your way.
