Am I eligible to study in ICWAI after finishing 10th?


i have finished 10th after that i have done my B.com degree in Madras university should i eligible to Study in ICWAI.

ICWA stands for Cost and Work Accountancy. On 28th May, 1959 the Institute of Cost and works Accountants of India (ICWAI) was setup under the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959. Cost and Work Accountants structures the business policy of a company and to give a forecast for projects to be carried out on the basis of past and present financial performances.

Few courses in CA, ICWA and CS: -
Foundation course of ICWAI
Foundation course in Company secretary
Final course for Company secretary
Intermediate course of ICWAI

Basic Eligibility


For pursuing this program a student must have completed 17 years of ages and must have passed the senior secondary examination (10+2) of any board recognized by the Central or State government.

Specializations:

Statistics, Tax laws and Tax planning , Auditing, Cost and management accountancy

Job Prospects:


ICWA candidates are in huge demand in private companies, pharmaceutical, banking sector, finance sector, government sector, and education as well as in public utility sector. The initial salary in this field will start from Rs.25,000 to Rs.30,000 per month.

Yes...you are eligible to study in ICWAI i.e. Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India after completing B.com degree. This the one of the reputed institute provide Cost and Works Accountancy Course. To become CA- Cost Account you have to finish this course.

-Cost & Work Accountancy course is divided into 3 stages namely:

Foundation Course.

Intermediate course.

Final course



Qualification require: You should have passed 12th standard from recognized central/state board or school.


~~As you have graduation degree, you can directly get registered for Intermediate course program. And after passing Intermediate course you will be eligible for Final course program.

-For Foundation course your Age should not be less than 17 Years.

yes the main eligiblity for an ICWAI exams is--
(i)you should be of more than 17 years..
(ii)you should have a graduation level degree..
A pass in the foundation examination conducted by ICAI
A pass in the Final examination conducted by:
The ICWAI
The ICSI
Commerce Graduates:
Should have 50% marks of the total marks with accountancy, auditing and mercantile law or commercial law as full paper.
Full paper implies a paper carrying not less than 50 marks
Non-Commerce Graduates with mathematics as one of the subjects:
Should have 60% marks of the total marks
Non-Commerce Graduates without mathematics as one of the subjects:
Should have 55% marks of the total marks

Eligibility for Admission:

a) 17 years of age; and
(b) Passed Senior Secondary Examination under 10+2 scheme of a recognized Board

Intermediate Course:

You are eligible to purse ICWAI after 10+2.

ICWAI-INSTITUTE OF COST AND WORK ACCOUNTANT OF INDIA managed and conducts CWA course which is divided in to three parts:-

FOUNDATION COURSE
INTERMEDIATE COURSE
FINAL COURSE

The candidate having completed 10+2 in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 17 years is eligible for Foundation course.

The candidate having completed Foundation course or Graduate from any stream is directly admitted to Intermediate course.

The candidate having completed Intermediate course is eligible for Final Course.

After completion of all the courses there is a compulsory 15 months practical training to be undergone in order to be a certified CWA by ICWAI.

Hello,

Yes you are eligible to get admission in ICWAI.

The eligibility to get the admission in ICWAI is as follows:

1) Candidate should have passed class 10th or equivalent from a recognized university.
2) Candidate should have passed 10+2 from a recognized board or a commerce diploma held by AICTE.

The course is divided into 3 parts:
1) Foundation course
2) Intermidiate course
3) Final Course
