No,you will not be eligible to appear in UGC-NET Exam,as you have a Post Graduate degree but it is not equivalent to degree course.You have completed PGDM Course which is above 3 years bachelor degree and less then Post graduate 2 years degree course.T apply for this exam,you will require to meet these Eligibility condition's :

Educational qualification :

• Candidates should have a Post Graduate degree which should be equivalent to Master degree of 2 years or above.
• Candidates Post Graduate degree should be approved from the state/central university.

Marks :

• General and OBC category candidates should have a minimum of 55% marks in Post Graduation.
• SC and ST category candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks in Post Graduation.

Age :

• If you will apply for JRF(Junior Research Fellowship) then your age should not e above 28 years.
• Candidates Applying for Lectureship will have No Age Limitations.
