I completed my b.tech in distance mode (civil) from rvd university i eligible for w.b.psc?

Yes, you are eligible to appear for WBCS examination conducted for recruitment of candidates as an officer within the state.

The eligibility to appear for examination is that the candidate must have passed degree from any recognised university with minimum passing percentage.

The age limit to appear for examination is 21-32 years as on year of appearing for examination, there is 5 years relaxation in upper age limit for candidates of West Bengal where as 3 years for other candidates.
