Any chance for securing admission for MBBS in Manipal after scoring 119/240?


I have scored 119/240 at manipal mbbs entrance exam . Is there any chance of securing an admission in the mbbs at manipal

the admission in any college depend on their cut-off marks ..
i think 119/240 is not sufficient for admission in manipal without donation

i got 126/140(rank 14000) in manipal medical entrance,is there any chance of getting mbbs admission or bds?.
