Is there any hiring going on for freshers that is for Computer Science branch(B.E 2011 batch pass out) or related to my CS field?

my son has got 5000 rank in gate 2012 is there any company hiring with this mark

The following PSU companies recruit through GATE score-

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd.(BHEL)

Bhartiya Sanchar Nigam Ltd(BSNL)

National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd(NTPC Ltd.)

Indian Oil Corporation of India Ltd(IOCL)

Power Grid Corporation Of India Ltd.

Steel Authority of India(SAIL)


and there is no private company that will recruit you through GATE score.
for a job in private company you need to go through off-campus placement drives and walk-in interviews.
