I'm a physiotherapist who wants to do Post graduation. Which one is better? MPH or masters in healthcare administration? And are there any fully funded scholarships globally for international students to apply for them?

Both are good and you must choose the career as per your interest. If you are interested in a degree that emphasizes more on a diversified range of health care leadership and higher level of opportunities then you can choose Master of Public Health (MPH).

If you want to pursue MBA in Healthcare & Hospital Management then you will opening or expanding a practice, would be an independent practitioner and will be involved in healthcare policy & management decisions.
You will get good understanding of finance & accountancy and will develop skills in operations, finance, leadership.
