Any possibility to get government college after scoring 42000 in UPSEE Gen, 13000 in OBC?


sir my upsee gen rank is 42000 and obc rank is 13000.....is there any possibility to get a government college?

Sir my gen rank 5137 and obc rank 1243 in uptu btech .Can i get govn college?
