Dear friend,
You haven't mentioned that in which exam, you had secured 42000 rank in OBC Category. However, if you are asking about Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT Noida), then I think you had secured this rank in AIEEE. Earlier, JIIT Noida conducted its own entrance test for admission to its courses. But now admission is based on AIEEE rank. Since, it is a private college among top private colleges of India. So, your AIEEE rank must be below 50000 in Combined Category. Then only, you may get admission in this college.
