I'm a student with below average in curriculum but interested in music and drawing. So, what type of course can be done after passing 10th to make a career in music and drawing?

There are many courses that you can do for the following ,you can select for the vocational courses or if you want a set degree than you can select arts stream in your 11 and 12 standard and after the following you can take this particular stream and can persue further
You can also do this along with some other stream as your passion
You can take up diploma in the following subjects if you do not want to study 11 and 12
