Is B.Ed essential qualification for PGT? Fee structure B.Ed in UP colleges?


IS B.ED essential qualification for PGT? I have done M.Sc & M.Phil(Botany). what is the fee structure for B.ED in U.P colleges? Is it different in gov./aided & private colleges? If yes... How much? Is M.Phil equivalent to B.ED?
