B.Sc Ophthalmic Technology admission procedure in RIPANS after completion of Diploma?


I have finished my Diploma in Optometry from Assam Downtown University. Can I join Regional Institute of Paramedical and Nursing Sciences (RIPANS) for Bachelor degree now? If yes, is there a test? Or, how will I proceed?
