Re: Is b.tech course conducted by isro?
ISRO doesnt conduct any entrance test as such but indirectly you can get admission into isro by answering ISAT conducted by IIST
So prepare hard for ISAT. It has 156 seats and this year was the first time the test was conducted. Another way is that you can apply for ISRO after you complete your graduation. You will then have to apply for jobs in ISRO on website then you may be called for an interview So first complete you BTech then apply for ISRO.. |

Quote:
If you want to join study your B.tech in ISRO or ISRO supported colleges. I have one option for you. If you are a intermediate candidate then write the exam IIT-JEE there after filling up of the seats in all IIT's by the top scorers some candidates will be selected under a separate quota call EML-Extended Merit List, and for these candidates ISRO will offer to study b.tech in some specific branches. There is also a chance of entering candidates from IIT's to these programmes if they are interested. So give your good shot for IIT-JEE and all the best for your entrance. If you had already completed your B.tech or studying your B.tech then no need to worry. ISRO will conduct written test and interviews for graduate candidates to work in it for which you have to regularly watch latest up dates from ISRO. Thats it. |

Re: Is b.tech course conducted by isro?
ISRO stands for Indian Space Research Organization. It is not an educational institutions.
A B.Tech student with 65% marks can apply to work in this organization. Your minimum age should be minimum 35 years to apply for the ISRO entrance exam. The proper syllabus of this examination is never given. But to gain some knowledge about the question pattern you can go through the papers attached.
