I have completed my BA in English Literature and done with B.Ed as well. Does these two qualifications makes me eligible for Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) examination?

TET stands for Teacher Eligibility Test. The requirement for this examination for teaching job is as below:

>>Candidate must have done bachelor's degree in any stream with minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university.

>>Bachelor's degree in education is mandatory qualification for this exam.

You can apply for TET exam after pursuing BA and B.Ed qualification.

According to CTET Eligibility Criteria, if you want to become Teacher of class 6 to 8, then you should complete BA/B.Sc and B.Ed course. If you have qualified these two courses, then you can appear for CTET.
