CAT is Common Admission Test. Candidates passed bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised university in open or regular mode are eligible to appear for the examination.
There is no upper age limit to appear for the examination. It is conducted for admission in premier institutions in MBA course. So, you are eligible to appear for the examination after BBA. |

CAT stands for Common Aptitude Test and for appearing in the same examination the minimum education required is a graduation degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate (or 45% marks in aggregate in case of SC/ST or PH category candidates) from a recognized university. Students pursuing final year of their bachelor degree course are also eligible.
So, even pursuing your BBA degree course in distance mode of education from NGA-SCE which holds the status of Deemed-to-be University under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956 in 2003, you are eligible for appearing in CAT 2023 if you are going to complete your BBA degree course by 2023. |

You are eligible to write Cat as long as you have 50% in your graduation (45% if schedules caste(SC), schedules tribe(ST) or person with disability(PWD)) and you are from a recognized institution. CAT eligibility criteria doesn’t mention anything about graduation being regular or distance
