I had appeared for TYBCOM in 2013-14 n got 2 KT's. I gave my re-exam in 2016 and failed, in 2018 I gave the re-exam and failed again. Can I still clear these two KT's of tybcom or do i have to start all over again from first year ?

No, you are not eligible to clear the backlogs again.

The maximum duration to complete the bachelor degree course is five years and in some courses it is six years. So, you are not eligible to complete the course now and have to start the course from beginning.

Having appeared in third year of B.Com. degree course in 2013-14, you cannot clear your backlogs paper of your B.Com third year papers now as the maximum duration allowed for completing B.Com. degree course across any university is 6 years (or even 5 years) from the date of enrollment to the same degree course which is definitely over in your case.

So, if you are interested in completing B.Com. degree course, then you are required to start all again from the very first year of B.Com degree course seeking fresh admission to the same degree course.

It is too much long gap and you are not eligible to clear the backlogs now.

Candidates with backlogs are not eligible to pursue and clear it after so much gap year.

You have to take fresh admission and complete the course. Not eligible to complete the course from where you have left the course.
