IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. From the last academic year, IBPS started conudcting common written exam for the recruitment of PO positions to 19 public sector banks. SBI and SBI Associate Banks will not come under this category.

The written exam consists of Questions from the following categories.
-Reasoning
-Quantitative Aptitude
-General Awareness with special reference to Banking knowledge
-General English
-Computer Knowledge.

To be strong enough in Reasoning and Quantitative aptitude and to cover all the models, you can use R.S.Agarwal publications.

For General Awareness, I suggest you to use a combination

For General English, you can use any book which is available in the market and which is having good content on

The IBPS stands for Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection.And it is conducts the CWE (Common Written Examination) for the post of Clerical Cadre, Bank PO and Specialist Officer every year.

Qualification:
The minimum Qualification is Graduation from a recognized university.

Age Criteria:
The age limit should be in between 20 to 30.
For SC/ST/OBC has a upper age relaxation.
