You can find coaching institutes for Civil service everywhere in India. But best coaching is available in Delhi, UP, Andhra Pradesh only. So, if possible, i would advice you to go in these cities for atleast few months to cover optionals & GS or else you can subscribe for postal coaching from those institutions. Some good ones in Delhi are:

But if it is not possible for you to get outside pondicherry, then i am giving you the list of centers in there, you can enrol for regular course there, although teaching material generally comes Delhi in most of the coachings.
