Your question is a bit incomplete, I can't understand best college for IIT in Hyderabad. As far as I understand you wish to do aerospace enginnering in IIT, which is available at IIT-Bombay, Kanpur, Kharagpur , Madras.
You need to finish 10+2 then appear for IITJEE exam and score good rank IIT within 2000for open category to get aerospace branch at these centres.
