Dear, there is only one Institute all over the India namely ICAI ( Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) located at ITO, Delhi.
Further this premier institute has branches all over the India say NIRC, SIRC, WIRC and EIRC.
Secondly please open the website ICAI.ORG.
You will get all the stuff there.
Lastly fees would be around Rs. 1,00,000 for the whole 4-5 years course.
