i need to say a oral presentation about a general topic , please say any best and hot topic now-days?

You can better decide the best topic for oral presentation rather than me. Because it would be better to decide or choose the topic depending upon the situation or scenario in which you are going to give oral presentation.

For oral presentation, the way how you are giving the presentation matters a lot than what you are presenting. Your presentation should make some sense among the audience.

Try to vary pitch with which you are presenting the topic as and when it is needed. Make effective use of raising tone and falling tone.

Don't confine yourself to the presentation or power point. Bring outside examples. Discuss them. For this, you need to have good preparation of the content regarding the topic.

Invite questions. Make sure that you are able to resolve all the doubts in a effective manner. Your preparation for the oral presentation should be in such a way.

Use simple jargon to communicate the message. Because if the audience can not receive the important information in a proper way because of your high level vocabulary, then there is no use of oral presentation.

Have a little smile on your face through out your presentation.

so it will be better for you, if you decide your topic rather than asking others.

An oral presentation is where you show your knowledge on a particular subject. You might be able to choose your topic, or maybe you have been given something to research and talk about to an audience or tutor.
first think about which area yow want to present, then chose a suitable one.

>> to get your message through, you should state it loud and clear in the beginning, and repeat it at the end.
>> The best approach, however, is to divide your presentation in several parts, each ended by an intermediate conclusion.
>> Try to speak slowly, with emphasis, and look at the audience.
>> use simple understanding words.
>> Try to capture the message of your presentation in a single sentence. This is difficult. You will only be able to do this if you really master your subject
>> try to avoid writing down a speech of evertything you are going to say- this makes it a little dull and you can't really talk properly to your audience.
>> It might be a good idea to end your oral presentation by allowing your audience to ask you questions on your subject- but make sure you are prepared to answer them!
>> Conclusions should be properly announced to regain full attention. Present your conclusions in relation to the questions you raised in the Introduction
