PICT is best if u dont get admission in COEP and VJTI. SPIT mumbai is also good, but PICT has placements equal to NITs. HIghest salary of 22 lakhs in 2011-2012. Many placed above 12 Lakhs.
In first year 2011-2012 328 out of 395 students got distinction. This is incredible as PUNe university engg. is considered difficult and not easy to get even first class.
