I have completed M.A in English Literature from Bharathiyar University via distance mode of education. Can I get equivalent certificate from Kerala University? If yes, then how?

The universities you have mentioned are UGC approved and the degree from each of these universities is valid. There is no equivalent kind of thing you are talking about. Your degree is UGC approved and it is the only thing you need to study further or apply for any job.

You have got a distance mode qualification and it can't be equivalent to a regular course. If some organization is asking for a regular degree then you will face some issues.
