This University recognised by UGC in 1996.

Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad U.P. (BSP) was legally established under the guidance of jurist, eminent educationists and social workers for the development of education in wide areas.

Government of Uttar Pradesh, registered the Parishad for propagation and development of distance education on the pattern of Open continuing & Distance Education System on 24 September 1984, vide file No. 7231 (M) and registration No. 821. Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad U.P. under SR Act 21-1860.

The Parishad, under Government of India, is Legal Autonomous and non profit Institution and has legal right of teaching & training under the provision of constitution.

i have done my B.ed from bharatiya siksha parishad in the year 2005 at bhubaneswar centre.
Is that 2005 B.ed certificate is applicable in govt. teacher jobs. as my head says now that it cannot be approved because the certificate is from fake university. what shall i do now ?

My Question is very difficult, first of all Let me introduce myself.My Name is Abhishek Dwivedi.I stay in Pune.As I tried to get into Mphasis Company which is in Kharadi,They rejected me on basis of my 12th from Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad. They gave me such a useless reason that this Board is fake and the board is not recognized.When I check UGC website there it shows that case for Affiliation is still pending in district court of lucknow.

My Question:
1) Why there is a case filed in court,when the board is already recognized then why to file the case?
2) Most of the universities avoid giving admission to me.They give the same reason that Board is not Affiliated to UGC?
3) Why Universities stopped me to persue graduation through them?
4) On the UGC website picture is different so who is responsible for that?

As a student,I have right to ask this question to my Board?

Please give me answer. You can update the answer on this common forum hence others will also get benefit.

I DID MY B..A THROUGH DISTANT LEARNING PROGRAMME IN 2009-11. I GOT THE MARKSHEET ISSUED FROM BHARTIYA SHIKSHA PARISHAD. I AM LIVING IN BELGIUM. NOW MY OFFICE THAT IS EMBASSY OF INDIA, BELGIUM SAYS THAT THIS CERTIFICATE OF B.A. IS FAKE AS BHARTIYA SHIKSHA PARISHAD IS NOT RECOGNIZED BY UGC. MY QUESTION IS DOES THIS CERTIFICATE IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO BE USED IN GOVT. DEPARTMENT. MY EMAIL ID IS [email protected]
