If any candidate having DISTANCE DEGREE of B.A. and he/she is in last year is eligible to get Clat exam. And in distance degree there is no Transfer certificate so is there any issue due to this?

CLAT is conducted for admission in BA LLB as well as LLM course. It is not conducted for admission in three year LLB course.

The eligibility to appear for BA LLB entrance examination is that candidate must have passed std 12th with minimum 50% aggregate.

So, you can appear for the entrance examination and after qualifying in the examination will become eligible for admission in BA LLB course.

CLAT is Common Law Admission Test. It is conducted for admission in law courses.

So, you can apply for admission in five year LLB course after qualifying in CLAT.

Yes, if you are appearing in Class 12 or any equivalent exam, you can apply for CLAT 2022. However, to become eligible for admission, you will have to pass the qualifying exam with the minimum qualifying marks
