Re: Can arts stream students apply for IAS Officer?
Yes definately you can do it after your Arts stream. Only thing you will need is a little bit of focus which i think you are losing because of your tobacco habits which is surely not worth it.
I would highly recommend to leave such things. This is the age wherein you have to achieve great heights. Some people its cool smoking and all but let me tell you that they are simply fools. Anyways coming back to your main questions Yeah you can definately get into IAS. All you have to do is complete your graduation and then prepare for IAS entrance exam. So all the best and please stop that habit |

Re: Can arts stream students apply for IAS Officer?
yes ofcourse arts students can also apply for IAS.....
Because to become an IAS you should have completed your graduation first in any stream from any recognized university....that is the only educational criteria....then take a look at the following things. 1. Your age should be between 21 years and 30 years. [33 years for Sc/ST] 2. You should have good knowledge in current affairs and social issues. [Because you need to have very strong in that] So if you fulfill the above conditions, you can easily crack IAS exam. official website-- http://www.upsc.gov.in And leave the habit of smoking as soon as possible.....it may effect your medical test. |
