Yes, arts students become an Assistant Manager in a Tea garden.

The minimum educational qualification is graduation in any stream along with a field experience.

Educational qualification:-
Graduation in any stream + work experience in the field.
Degree in Agriculture Science or BSc in Botany, Food Sciences, Holticulture or Allied field is preferred.
Candidates who have specialised in marketing or business management are required for marketing job.

Age Limit:-
Age limit is between 21 to 30 years.

No, since you are an arts students, you can't become an assistant manager in Tea garden. Because anybody who have a basic educational background can get job into tea industry, and pick up the skills required on the job, a degree in Agricultural Science or a B.Sc. in Botany, Food Sciences, Horticulture or allied fields is preferred these days.
