Can B.Tech computer science student appear for BSNL JTO entrance exam in West Bengal?
Can anyone who passed Btech in Computer Science participate in Bsnl Jto exam from West Bengal?

Yes you can certainly apply for the BSNL JTO exam. The minimum requirement is a degree in engineering or technology. You should not be below 21 years of age. Even if you are in the final year of engineering, then also you can apply. But the graduation should be obtained from a recognized institute.
