No, Being a Commerce stream candidate your Not eligible for IFS Examination . To appear in IFS Examination than you should Complet Bachelor Degree Course with any specialization like, Animal Husbandry / Botany / Chemistry / Geology / Mathematics / Physics / Zoology / Veterinary Science / Agriculture / Forestry or Engineering Etc...

Applicants age should be Minimum 21 years and not above 30 years ( You should be Born between 02/07/1981 and 01/07/1990 )

Upper age limit relaxation will given for the candidate who belong from SC/ST candidates .

So, As per the Eligibility Criteria for IFS Examination, you have Not satisfy the Educational Qualification . So, your not eligible for IFS Examination .

:: Suggestion ::

Dear,

IFS is an acronym for Indian Foreign Services. Its exam is conducted in two phases: prelims which is held in the month of May and mains which is held in the month of October. It is quite obvious that candidate who will qualify prelims will only be allowed to write mains.

Minimum age for writing this exam is 21 and maximum is 30 for general,33 for OBC and 35 for SC/ST candidates. No of attempts are 4 for general,7 for OBC and unlimited for SC/ST.

For writing this exam you should be at least graduate in any stream. Yes even commerce students can go for this exam if he/she fulfill the above mentioned criteria.

Best of luck!
