Yes, computer science students can apply for the exam conducted by the public sector units. Because every psu's are in need of the computer science engineers for their database maintenance, networking, etc...

sir i am cs student and i know in which psu exam i can appear and what is the limitation of that exam and can i appear many time

Yes, a student of computer science and engineering branch can apply in PSUs.
You can apply in following public sector companies-
* BSNL
* MTNL
* VSNL
* ISRO
* Indian Railway etc.
