Can a computer student do M.Tech in Maths after completing graduation?


can a computer science btech student do mtech in math after compliting his graduation...... n what are the particular books that he have to refer to crack gate n to get admission in iit.....???

this is saikrishna persuing 3rd year B.tech(civil). am i eligable to get admission in M.sc (mathematics) or M.tech (mathematics) in IIT ?
