This post exam is conducted by the railway recruitment board under the ministry of railways and the RRB have the option to make recruitment for the group C staff posts in the various departments. To become a loco pilot you need to give the RRB exam.

Eligible ITI departments are Fitter/Electrician/Instrument Mechanic/Mill Wright or Maintenance Mechanic/Mechanic Radio & TV/Electronics Mechanic/Mechanic Motor Vehicle/Wireman/Tractor Mechanic/Armature & Coil Winder/Mechanic Diesel/Heat Engine/Turner/Machinist/Refrigeration & AC Mechanic

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile Engineering recognized by AICTE are also applicable.

You have diploma degree in CSE so you are not applicable for for assistant loco pilot exam .

Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years old.Age relaxation provide for reserved category.

In The RRB Assistant loco pilot Examination, Questions will be asked from Technical, Non Technical, General English, General Awareness, Arithmetic's, Reasoning etc.

Usually candidates who have passed diploma in streams of mechanical/electrical/automobile/electronics engineering are considered for the position of Asst Loco Pilot. Age of the applicant must be between 18 and 30 years. Selection process is made on the basis of written test, document verification, and medical fitness test. You can try for PSU jobs in firms like SAIL and GAIL. Junior Engineer profile in railways are suitable for you.

for the post of loco pilot and asst. loco pilot exam is conducted by railway recruitment board,

eligibility for rrb ;

1. iti (sections)
fitter, electrician,instrumental,mechanic motor vehicle, mechanic heat engine, diesel, ac and refrigeration mechanic

2.diploma recognised by aicte is also eligible

age limit is 21-30yr, relaxations for reserved

sorry to say you dear as cse diploma is not recognised by aicte so you are not eligible for rrb,

Loco Pilot Eligibility :

Candidates must be complete Matriculation (OR) equivalent undre 10+2 system & Complete Act Apprentice (OR) ITI recognized by SCVT / NCVT (OR) Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical // Electronics / Automobile Engineering recognized by AICTE (OR) higher qualification
