The candidate must have completed and qualified bachelors degree examination by the closing date of the application procedure. As per Public Service Commission of west Bengal, candidate applying for the exam must be a graduate to apply for the West Bengal Civil Service exam.
The minimum eligible age to apply or the exam is 20 years and the maximum age limit is 32 years.

So, being a final year student, you won't be considered eligible to apply for the exam.

WBCS stands for West Bengal Civil Service.

It is state level civil services exam.

Eligibility for this exam :

You must bae Indian

And you should have done your graduation in any discipline from a recognised university.

And final year students also eligible for this exam

You must know Bengali language.

Age limit must be between 21 to 30 years for general

And upper age limit is relaxed in specific cases

3 years relaxation is given to obc

5 years relaxation is given to SC/ST

10 years relaxation is given to physically candidates
